The hotel staff, especially Mr Wicki, is awesome. Excellent service and friendly atmosphere. Clean rooms with a warm and cozy feeling. Amazing location with a panoramic view of Thunersee lake. Delicious breakfast and dinner with a magnificent view. Great spa area.
There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! the location was perfect with stunning views of the lake and mountains. We loved sitting on the balcony and taking in the scenery. the room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. the staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the travel pass that allowed us free bus rides. Plus, the breakfast and dinner were delicious with a magnificent view over the lake.
The noise insulation in the room could be improved as we could hear the child running around in the room above us until late at night.

Great views of nature, amazing spa and comfortable accommodations. the picturesque surroundings overlooking the lake and mountains were breathtaking. the spa services were great, the heated swimming pool was refreshing, and the accommodations were modern and stylish. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us great tips on what to do in the area.
Poor service at the reception and unavailability of the kitchen. We had check-in troubles;

I had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the bus station and near the beautiful lake. The views were absolutely breathtaking. I loved waking up to the stunning scenery every morning. The service was exceptional, from the friendly and helpful staff to the well-maintained housekeeping and laundry services. They even welcomed me with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The hotel had a wide range of amenities, including free Wi-Fi in the rooms and a fully-equipped fitness center.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. With its prime location, excellent service, and extensive amenities, it truly exceeded my expectations.

The spa and swimming pool were great and offered a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring. , the view from the balcony was stunning, allowing us to see the beautiful city skyline. The food served in the restaurant was excellent and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.
The bed was not comfortable and the room was quite small. , there was no air conditioning, which made it difficult to sleep at night.
